Do you have a trial period?
At the moment, we do not have a trial period.
What processors do you use on the VPS?
We use different CPU models, from Intel Xeon E5-2680v2 to E5-2680v4. Unfortunately, we can't predict what processor will be used on the cluster node with your virtual machine.
What is the minimum payment period?
The minimum payment period for the service is one month.
Is it possible to replace IP addresses free of charge?
You can only change the IP address by ordering an additional IP address. This action is not free. Please note that IP addresses are issued automatically by the system, and we cannot assume which IP addresses range the IP address will be used.
What is the bandwidth limit on virtual servers?
We do not limit bandwidth. But we guarantee 100Mbps network speed only for virtual servers.
How can I upload an own ISO image?
To activate the "upload own ISO image" feature, you should raise the technical support ticket through the portal. You will be allowed to upload your own ISO images.
What operating can I install systems to virtual servers?
Linux and Unix-like OS are available. You need to choose WIN plans if you need Windows-like OS.
Do you filter any network ports?
Mail ports are filtered. You should contact our support if you need to open mail ports. Additional account verification may be required.
